A submission to Girl Gang’s ‘Body Confidence’ zine open call. The theme seemed way out of my usual wheelhouse and I wanted to take the challenge.

I liked the idea of creating an image with ambiguity. (Hopefully), the typically-private moment can be read as either a person concentrating on doing something fun and positive for themselves, or a bit of a bleak scene sitting on the bathroom floor. Or maybe something else entirely.
